At FoundRae, we want you to cherish your modern heirlooms forever; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, non-customized pieces within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must include original packaging and be in pristine condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original FoundRae red box and velvet pouch, ensuring the security seal remains intact.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to an authorized FedEx carrier and retain your receipt; once received at our studio, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
